The vast Indonesian patchouli fields form the backdrop for the story of Jasmin, a young Indonesian woman who, on a warm summer evening, discovers her deceased mother's diaries in the attic of her parents' house in Jakarta. With this knowledge, Jasmin puts her life in danger.
